August. What a doozy. You were filled with some beautiful moments, along with one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. The kind of thing that rocks you to your core and puts everything into perspective. Without getting too personal, my mom had a serious health scare that shook our entire family. It’s been a scary and emotional few weeks, and while we’re not totally out of the woods yet, she’s getting better and better every day. I’m praying for and confident in her full recovery. She’s one strong ass lady 💪🏼 It always sounds cliché until life reminds you just how true it is, but tomorrow really isn’t promised. You never know what could happen to you or the ones you love. Tell them you love them as much as possible and make the most of the time you have together. Grateful to be writing music & for all the friends and family who have been so supportive through all of this. So yeah… made it through August. Here’s to September and all the good I know it has in store. 🙏🏼🫂💗✨
