The #GOESEast 🛰️ is keeping a close eye on Tropical Storm #Nicholas, just off the western shore of the Gulf of Mexico.
@NHC_Atlantic says flash flooding, a dangerous storm surge, and gusty winds are expected along the southern coast of Texas today.
