🚨 SPIDER-MAN (2002) gets a native PC recompilation — with 60 FPS, widescreen and a PLAYABLE SHOCKER! 🕷️🔥
Developer xdivorex-gif is bringing the original Xbox version of Treyarch's Spider-Man to modern Windows PCs through static recompilation!
Although Spider-Man received an official PC release in 2002, this project recreates the Xbox version with new features and improvements!
🔥 FEATURES:
✅ 60 FPS gameplay — Native Windows execution with DirectX 11 rendering and modern resolution support!
✅ Widescreen — Properly proportioned HUD elements at modern display resolutions!
✅ Improved controls — More responsive movement, XInput controllers, keyboard support and optional PlayStation button prompts!
✅ Costume switching — Change suits directly from the pause menu, including hidden costumes!
✅ Customisable gameplay — Change difficulty and subtitles through the pause menu!
🕸️ BONUS: PLAY AS SHOCKER!
An experimental Shocker costume adds his own attacks, charged gauntlets, an overheating mechanic and a customised HUD!
🎮 Optional enhancements include sharper menus, improved loading screens, enhanced intro videos and subtitles generated from your own game files.
📦 Windows installer available, with a launcher for display, controls and costume settings!
💿 Requires your own original Xbox copy of Spider-Man (2002).
⚠️ The playable Shocker feature remains a work in progress, with some moves and visuals still being refined.
⚙️ Uses xboxrecomp to translate the Xbox game's x86 code into native Windows code, rather than conventional Xbox emulation.
🛠️ Developed by xdivorex-gif, using the xboxrecomp toolkit by sp00nz.

In the comment section of Megami Ibunroku Persona's page on CDRomance, one person seemed so upset over the dogshit Claude generated MTL of the game that they made a patch that ports over the PSP script. I have no idea if it's vibecoded or not however

CONSOLE GAMES ARE NOW RUNNING NATIVELY ON PC WITHOUT EMULATORS.
Recomp Store just launched its PC section, bringing native ports of games from PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox to PC.
Here’s what you get:
→ Native performance with higher FPS and modern resolutions
→ No emulator required
→ Support for mods
→ One place to access all Recomp projects
→ A dedicated desktop launcher is coming soon
Gaming on PC just got a whole lot crazier.

Judging by how people voted on the ballot measures, this isn't the case at all. People disliking Conservative leadership is not the same as them wanting more Progressive policies.

One incredible aspect of the OG Persona 1 was that the theme of Kandori, the main antagonist, had a leitmotif that would be pervasive throughout the entire game. It was basically *the* main theme of P1
Unfortunately all of this was completely scrubbed out in the PSP version.
