And there should definitely be treadmills in the gym, but whenever a gym owner opens a gym, they usually take quite a large space. But if they create a concept like this and build a running track along the sides and corners, that running space can be utilized very well for many different sports.

"18 months" ~ 3 years The flyover to Baptist Hospital has moved Hebbal flyover congestion 800m ahead, to a bend in the road The stretch on the ORR from near Manyata Tech Park to Hebbal is already decimated for the metro, and the tannery road route into the city barely has 2 driveable lanes I'd love to comprehend how these decisions are made. Not sure how much thought goes into it
