This audacious work offers a visceral commentary on transience. It beckons viewers to confront isolation's fragility through a stirring portrayal of solitude's ephemeral essence.
Milo's unconventional genius captures the imagination. A daring masterpiece.
There's nothing like making a statement of opinion and then blocking the replies to stimulate discussion.

The audacity of a government listing “higher inflation, energy costs and reducing income” as arguments to cut NHS staff pay.
NHS staff also face these things, and they’re not in government, they’re not in the unique governmental position to materially influence them, unlike… 🤔
Cutting doctors’ pay won’t keep them in the NHS.
The DDRB must show its independence and recommend what patients and the NHS need, not what the Government is prepared to pay.

Would you accept being paid far less in real terms than you were 20 years ago?
Research reported by Metro found that doctors had the biggest fall in pay after accounting for rising prices, out of 158 occupations studied.
Now the Government is proposing a 2.4% pay uplift for 2027/28. The BMA says that would mean another cut once inflation is taken into account.
People across the country know how frustrating it is to work hard and find that your wages cover less each year. Doctors face those same rising bills.
We think this is wrong. Years of lost pay are being treated as something we should simply accept. A higher number on a payslip does not mean you are better off when prices have risen faster.
We are asking to recover the value our pay has lost. That is what pay restoration means.
Whatever you do for a living, fair pay is something we can all stand behind.

If physician associates are able to train in "medicine" and are magically able to see patients independently in two years - why does it take doctors 5 to 6 years medical degree and 10 years postgraduate training before achieving independence?
We have to decide whether we want a safe healthcare service delivered by fully trained doctors or go back to a free for all where anyone can practice medicine with a cursory level of knowledge/ training and do away with medical degrees / medical training
It's like living in a parallel universe where simultaneously you need over 15 years of training to be considered safe as a doctor but anyone else can do a simple course and get stuck in.
Allowing physician assistants to see undifferentiated patients would be irresponsible and poorly evidenced, says @TheBMA's Tom Dolphin
He warns that vague guidelines on supervision fail to address the safety concerns that have been repeatedly raised

Just watching an old documentary tonight, something about data centers, ai and robots.
That's a long winded approach to admitting they don't check the actual identity of their subscribers, most are probably bots and Elon's hellscape corporate team take no responsibility for the shitwizardry these toxic bots spaff out on the daily. #X
