Hey @airfrance since your complaint form on your website doesn’t work I have to at you here - flight Vienna to Paris at 1210 on 9/17 , check in lady needs to be fired. She targeted me and then wouldn’t give my passport back after she made me check my bags but let others bring 🧵
4+. I paid for and upgrade all the way to JFK and she also tried to charge me even though my ticket gives two checked bags and wouldn’t believe me until her colleague stepped in
