Great read
The #Eagles asked Nick Sirianni to be Sonny Corleone on the causeway over the Jalen Hurts scandal. If I were Nick, I’d be asking myself how many more bullets I can take for Jeff Lurie & Howie Roseman and what I could do to preserve my dignity.

Love Bernard, but a little underwhelming.
Hotels, here I come!!
I own an Airbnb cleaning business. This was the best possible outcome for me and the worst possible outcome for guests and hosts
The fewer things a host can ask a guest to do, the more they will ask us to do and the more we will charge for a cleaning fee. That cleaning fee will continue to get pushed onto the guests which raises the cost of every booking. Or, the host will eat the increased cost we give them and their profitability will decrease
Guests pay more, hosts pay more, cleaning companies make more
Lose, lose, win
Chiefs trainer meets reporters about Josh Simmons' bulging disc.
The Eagles left Nick Sirianni out there by himself for blood clots.
2 drastically different responses. 1 good. 1 lame.
The #Chiefs, when they have a health situation that requires more context, send out head trainer Rick Burkholder to explain it to the media.
He did that today with LT Josh Simmons.
Here’s his full explanation:

Organice rice only for me.
If you rinse your rice, you're washing the vitamins down the drain.
Look at a bag of Mahatma or Carolina. The ingredient list reads rice, niacin, iron, thiamin and folic acid. Below the cooking directions it says to retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Ben's Original parboiled carries the same line.
White rice has had the bran milled off, along with the B vitamins and iron. Enriched rice puts them back as a powder dusted onto the outside of the kernel. The vitamins sit on the surface of the grain, and the first rinse washes them off. FDA's standard for enriched rice has a test. Rice that can't survive a 30-second swirl in water and keep 85% of its vitamins has to have the don't-rinse line, and that's most of the rice on the shelf.
