झारखंड पंचायत चुनाव में OBC को आरक्षण देना होगा, नहीं तो पंचायत चुनाव का विरोध करेंगे। भाजपा झारखंड में आरक्षण के लिए महाआंदोलन करने जा रही है। BJP अध्यक्ष आदित्य साहू ने कहा।

Bihar BJP Govt is telling in Supreme Court that since SC/ST/OBC population is high in Bihar, that is an "exceptional circumstance" to increase reservation.
So basically they are asking for 85% reservation, giving a logic of "Jitni abadi, utna haq".
While Congress shouts "Jitni abadi, utna haq", BJP is actually implementing it.

फर्जी SC/ST केस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का अहम फैसला! 23 अक्टूबर को SC ने लोन रिकवरी के मामले में SBI अधिकारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज FIR रद्द की।
कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि कर्ज वसूली के विवाद को जातिगत अत्याचार का रंग नहीं दिया जा सकता। बिना ठोस जाति-आधारित आरोपों के ऐसे केस कानूनी प्रक्रिया का दुरुपयोग हैं।

शिक्षकों को SC/ST Act में फँसाने की धमकी दी और मारपीट भी करने लगे। अब स्कूल में भगवान का नाम लेना भी गुनाह है क्या?

This is the argument made by Chattisgarh govt in High Court & Supreme Court to breach 50% limit!!
BJP govt in Chattisgarh increased the reservation to 58% in 2012.
To justify breaching the 50% ceiling, it is arguing in courts that seats obtained by SC/ST/OBC candidates through reservation should 𝗡𝗢𝗧 count towards their representation!!
Its own data showed SC/ST/OBCs secured 66% of State PSC recruitments (2007–2012).
But the Chattisgarh govt is saying that even though SC/ST/OBCs obtain 66% of the jobs, only 16% should be considered as their as the rest 50% was through reservation!
The govt argues that seats obtained by SC/ST/OBCs through reservation should not be considered while calculating their representation!
Its logic: until SC/ST/OBCs achieve proportional representation 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, quotas can keep increasing.
According to this argument, even after reserving 90% to SC/ST/OBCs, if they do not get proportional representation in the open competition, reservation can futher be increased.
By this logic, reservation could eventually reach 100%.
