Hey @HawaiianAir why do your website and chat/email agents keep trying to charge me for selecting an Extra Comfort seat when I have the appropriate status (Gold) and fare class (Q) to be able to select it from time of booking? Agent agreed it didn't look right but couldn't fix.

Hey @AirCanada any chance of a winter weather waiver coming soon that covers the 24th? Snow forecast on both ends of my trip and I want to make sure I get home for Xmas. Westjet's waiver already in place through the 25th!
Hey @WestJet, why do I keep seeing this ad? Hawaii or Mexico, maybe. I just checked and Montreal is expecting 15-20 cm of snow as we speak. Maybe our definition of amazing is different!
