Fascinating thread on the EU. I don’t see a future with the EU still standing like we know it today. This was bound to happen but coronavirus has sped everything up.
Now is probably a good time to explain, why I did, quite recently, turn an EU-skeptic.
While the #EU failed to heed the lessons of #Brexit, the #recoveryfund is even bigger issue. Economic arguments for it make no sense.

So today was the definition of a SNAFU for Twitter. I am very concerned about the integrity of political accounts and the ramifications of something like this. Even more important with an election coming up.
So this technically means that basically all political leaders with an account can’t tweet right now.

PSA: If you aren’t wearing a mask out in public, you are the reason this country is seen as a joke around the world. There is a reason countries are protecting themselves from us.
At this point I just don’t see a way forward for @LHD6BHR. The damage appears to be quite extensive. A fire that burns for 3 days aboard ship is such a devastating force. It does highlight how vulnerable modern day ships are in actual combat.

Frustrating to see that in the year 2020 there are multibillion $$$ think tanks that are still trying to justify full-time, unpaid internships.
Unpaid internships entrench the white, male, & affluent power structures that permeate the policy world.
Abolishing them is essential.
As unfortunate as it is, the truth is in US politics a third party candidate usually just screws the challenger and helps the incumbent win. When there isn’t an incumbent the third party will take away from one side, whichever the candidate more closely identifies.
