I think people need to learn the difference between having friends, and knowing a lot of people.

There is something deeply humiliating about living in a country rich enough to possess enormous potential but so poorly organised that ordinary people must struggle for basic necessities.

Let’s normalize saying, “I don’t have an opinion on that because it has nothing to do with me.” Not every conversation requires my input, and not every debate needs me to pick a side.

Feeling well isn't just about one thing. It's your heart, your mind, your body, your faith, and the people who feel like safe harbors, all gently supporting each other.

Middle class, the regime has come for you again. Still think you can stay unbothered on voting day?
In February, they promised income tax reduction.
Here is what is actually coming:
• About 362,000 workers, earning up to Sh32,333, pay no PAYE. Very good.
• Workers earning Sh32,334 to Sh50,000 save at most Sh596 a month. Well, at least that buys about five packets of milk.
• Everyone loses the Sh2,400 monthly personal relief. Very bad, very very bad.
And for many of you above 60,000, that means paying more without relief I believe.
The middle class continues to pay.
They are counting on you to complain online and stay home in 2027. Komboa payslip

Your brain may have stored the information, but temporarily struggles to retrieve it. That's why a name can suddenly pop into your head minutes later when you've stopped trying.
Sometimes, taking a mental step back helps more than trying harder.

Mental illness doesn't excuse behavior.
There's a belief that a diagnosis means a person isn't responsible for their behavior.
Two things can be true: we can understand someone is mentally unwell and still understand they're dangerous.
