Really quite envious that I'm not able to make Haydock today to see the legend Lester Piggott. Imagine winning your first race at the age of 12. #Haydock

On Saturday 5 May, the football world was rocked by the news that Sir Alex Ferguson had undergone surgery for a brain haemorrhage. Since then, the most successful manager in English football history has battled in a way only he knows how. Today, we bring you a special message.

Good customer service rarely gets any praise these days, which is sad, but I like to give it out when it is well deserved. The team of @WilliamHill staff that I encountered at Haydock yesterday were fantastic-they couldn't help you enough. Keep it up!
