What makes for good #XRP information? An online code of ethics: 1. Always include source links, not just screen caps. 2. Don't repost old news without noting. 3. Cite others appropriately. 4. Distinguish between speculation (opinion) and fact. 5. Strive for objectivity.

One of the difficult things about researching Ripple these days is that its techstack is so broad that there are 100's of possibilities and they are becoming increasingly financially sophisticated to trace out.

For instance - who are the institutional counterparties for Ripple prime, and what do they tell us?

20 updates and 72 changes in AskCharts' first three days, and it's still free and open source. Get it here -> askcharts.pro The AI part isn't locked into Claude anymore. AskCharts AI also runs on GPT from OpenAI or Grok from xAI, so anyone already paying for one of those can use that key. The biggest change is history. The app can now keep years of bars on the computer it runs on, for free. That's Kraken's and Binance's full history for coins like XRP, and US stocks minute by minute back to 2016, with a free Alpaca account. Charts and backtests read straight from it. The docs caught up too. There's a new architecture page that shows how the pieces fit and where the data lives. The server guide covers running it with or without Docker, and lists free and low cost places to host it. Every change is listed in the changelog on GitHub.

If XRP is going to become an important asset for onchain finance, its utility cannot stop at the boundaries of XRPL. It needs to be usable as collateral, liquidity and settlement capital wherever financial activity happens, while remaining fundamentally tied to XRP on XRPL. That is the world Flare is building for.
I think a world where XRPL is highly successful in financial applications but XRP does not have high demand and value is very unlikely. About the only way that could happen would be if we wound up in a world with one totally dominant settlement asset. That seems unlikely to me.

#RLUSD is great for #XRP. More XRPL liquidity makes XRP easier to use in the long run & it isn't replacing XRP where it wasn't used. The problem is that w/out direct use, price impact is 2nd order. An important question: Will XRP become a specialized institutional asset with gated liquidity, or be ubiquitous?

I think there is something to your intuition: Brad made the North Star comment at SWELL '25. Since then, Ripple has released 79 official publications. ▶️XRP is in 16 Insights and 6 press releases. ▶️RLUSD is in 20 Insights and 22 press releases. Since Swell '25, there have been 3 new discrete XRP product/payment announcements. (excluding Evernorth)

XRPL 365 has been part of my journey in the XRP Ledger ecosystem for many years, but today I'm annoucing some changes. I'm bringing Andy (@handy4ndy) and Lathan (@ShortTheFOMO) on board as an exciting next step. They're both developers I respect, and together we have an opportunity to build something bigger than any of us could individually. Looking forward to what we can achieve! 👇 Read about this exciting new announcement and make sure you follow the @xrpl365 account.
1/6 🚀 A new chapter for XRPL 365! For years, XRPL 365 has been my identity in the XRP Ledger community, representing my development work, projects and contributions to the ecosystem. Today, it's evolving into something bigger.

So it seems like examining Ripple's creditor actions may be a way to reconstruct its less-visible XRP liquidity operations: I-Remit, Tier Money, etc. They seem ODL directed, so not sure if they hold true still, but their are interesting court docs about them .

This is a great infographic for the ARF/Ripple/XRPL announcement. (Also like the XRPL figuring into the initial placard!) I like that capital turning over 4x a month part :)
Replying to @arf_one
Arf has scaled to around $10 billion in annual global settlement volume, with capital turning over four times a month. Through this partnership, Arf will provide short-term working capital powered by RLUSD, deployed and repaid as cross-border payments settle. This marks the first phase of a broader initiative to bring settlement liquidity to XRPL, with deeper integration planned as XRPL’s native lending infrastructure becomes available. By connecting regulated financial infrastructure with onchain infrastructure, we’re taking another step toward helping liquidity move as efficiently as payments.

Cross-border payment settlement on the XRPL? It's more likely than you think 😉
Settlement liquidity is exactly the kind of use case @XRP Ledger and RLUSD are built to support. @Arf_One is bringing its approach to settlement liquidity to the XRP Ledger, using RLUSD to support short-term working capital for licensed payment companies as cross-border payments settle.

It is my pleasure to announce that @XAODAOLLC proposal number 66 has passed approving deployment of 80% of the DAO treasury of @xrp ripple:native towards @Firelightfi. To the best of my knowledge this milestone marks the first deployment by a DAO towards a multi-chain DeFi strategy that has the dual purpose of supporting decentralized insurance and earning yield for our members. I want to thank my co-manager @FMXRP1, @HugoPhilion & the team at @FlareNetworks for the Flare Smart Accounts technology stack, and the amazing product opportunity offered by @Firelightfi . #XRP + #FLR -> DeFi done right.
New in Flare Smart Accounts: @Firelightfi. Make your XRP the capital behind a protection layer for DeFi, in one XRPL signature. Via @XamanWallet, @Ledger , @DCENTWALLETS and @WalletConnect (@bifrostwallet, @Hex_Trust, and @JoeyWallet) → fsa.flare.network
