On my last day at the WSIB, I want to say thank you and farewell. It has been a true honour to serve the people of Ontario in this capacity over the past five years.

If the past year has taught us anything, it’s the valuable lesson of talking openly and honestly about mental health. When it comes to offering support, no one gesture is ever too small. Mental health has always mattered, but now more than ever, every action counts. #BellLetsTalk

A tremendous thank you to our WSIB nurses, some of whom have stepped up to support Telehealth Ontario as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They make a positive difference in people's lives every day and never more so than now. #NationalNursingWeek

Today we recognize the #DayofMourning - the significance around the day has never been more meaningful. We should all take a moment to remember the 190 Ontarians we lost last year due to workplace injury and illness. Behind that number are 190 different stories of grief and loss.
Despite physical distancing, I strongly believe that a real sense of community and togetherness is on display as we all do our part to help one another. Earlier today, we donated much-needed personal protective equipment to @MGHToronto.

This morning at the Health and Safety Symposium I spoke about the number of initiatives and service improvements happening at the @WSIB. Thank you to @cme_mec for their continued strong leadership in making workplaces safe and healthy.

Today is #PinkShirtDay and I’m wearing pink, alongside my colleagues, in support of a culture that promotes kindness and unity. Let’s continue to #LifeEachOtherUp in the workplace.

Striving towards creating healthier workplace means being there for our colleagues. On #BellLetsTalk day every conversation counts. Have impromptu meetings to celebrate achievements or lend a helping hand to overcome hurdles together - all great ways to get the conversation going
