My $hg $hgraf dreams…
As we are approaching year end and the opportunity to add shares on over all market weakness and possible tax related selling, redomicle confusion, I’ve been given a lot of thought to risk / reward today vs 2 summers ago when I first began accumulating shares.
The conclusion I come to, which is solely my opinion and not advice :) is that the risk reward today is better than it has been at anytime. Including when I first bought. Amazingly even though the stock is currently up 10x from the time of my initial posts and interviews with Kjirstin and Dr Sorensen.
When I first started buying I hadn’t visited the facilities and see the Hyperion. They had no approvals to produce at scale anywhere. Where forced to only use canisters of acetylene and the gas plant was just talk.
They also had minimal cash on the balance sheet and a huge amount of warrants to keep a lid on the stock. I think around 70 mln warrants back then.
Despite this, when I dug deep and spent the time interviewing Kjirstin and Dr Sorensen as well as using AI to help educate me and analyze turbostratic fractal graphene and it’s surprising superior quality I felt so strongly about science and believed in Dr Sorensen, when he told me it would change the world, I bought heavily into the company and even offered to do a private placement at one point at $50c but it was rejected as they felt they would be soon rated higher and that’s what happened.
The short sellers generated a fraudulent assessment of the company which still corrupted the AI engines today. They said that EPA approval would take 5 years if ever. And that it’s a hazardous material that companies won’t want to work with. They made ridiculous claims about the safety of the Hyperions.
When I visited the facilities over a year ago I was pleased to review the tech with Mr Corkhill the lead engineer and designer of the Hyperion. I went over the numbers. The grams per second data on his screens showed long run time history and steady improvements over time. Over a year of data I think. Very consistent. The pressure max was modest and over engineered for by 10x. The heat build up is minimal and the chambers can run for I think over an hour or at least 30 mins before needing a simple water cooling system to be turned on. It actually is said to perform better as it warms up.
The combustion cycles per minimum or single digits vs car engines with rpm’s in the thousands and moving parts (pistons) that generate friction and extreme heat fast. Bottom line. I gained 100% confidence in the machines and that they are cookie cutter and likely to outperform specs stated so far by a wide margin over time.
The company took a few months longer than expected to get epa approval. But their only mistake was believing regulators that timelines would be met. A learning process for a new technology team. I was really pleased that at the same time as getting epa they got EU and Uk approvals to produce and sell.
They then took probably 6-8 months longer than expected to get western gas pipeline deal finalized. But with a Japanese conglomerate in control the number of approvals and signatures required takes time. Especially as the world has literally been on fire with huge disruptions for all manufacturers and supply chains. Getting new things done in this environment is so challenging and the achievements should be celebrated.
So now…
In my mind…
Scale up risk, permitting risk, manufacturing tech risk has been eliminated,
With the financings that have taken place the balance sheet is also strong.
The team is growing daily. So many great adds over the last year. I’m not sure how many scientists and particularly nano tech / graphene PhD’s they have but no doubt they are now a force.
They have plenty of patents and continue to add more. Likely filing more each month now. That’s only going to scale up as they have more scientists doing more experiments

The past 12 months may have been one of the worst periods for crypto markets — from last October’s shock that derailed the bull run to this October’s massive security incidents and political setbacks.
Yet ironically, this might also be one of the best periods in crypto’s history for technology and building.
AI has given small teams like ours extraordinary capabilities. We’re now building at a pace that would have been unimaginable just a few years ago. The amount of engineering we can accomplish may soon rival what once took entire teams years to deliver.
When Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin, almost nobody understood how profoundly it might change the world.
I suspect something similar is happening again.
Most people are watching the markets, wondering what went wrong.
Meanwhile, a new generation of crypto infrastructure is quietly being built — and we may not fully understand its significance until years from now.
The market sees a downturn. Builders may look back and see the beginning of a new era.

When you do the math based on $hg $hgraf guidence on capex and opex you see they are set to have massive margins.
The interesting thing is that their pure 100% sp2 bonding Turbostatic fractal graphene out performs competitors by 10x to 100x. So you’re using 10th or less the material. Consistent and no agglomeration.
So what this means is when they charge $250k a tonne. That would be like $25k a tonne. The rest of the industry is still struggling to try to get all in costs down to $50k a tonne. So it’s like half price vs competitors.
This gives me comfort and begs the question… how quickly can they ramp up and how disruptive could they become. Could they not potential bankrupt competitors with their pricing power and dominate globally?
I think it’s worth while to read all the science studies on the material and do the math. Do your own due diligence and decide for yourselves. Just my thoughts….

Rejecting tokenization of your stock is like rejecting inclusion in an index fund. You don’t create shareholder value by making your shares harder to own. Protect shareholder rights and expand access to capital.

$hg $hgraf data says it can make plastics 50% more recyclable and reduce the use of it by 30%.
This should be a massive global story. But instead we are caught up in political battles and religious and ideological wars.
I got to believe that as these contracts roll in the company will get the mainstream attention it deserves.
How do you even put a value on reducing global plastic use by 30%, making products last 2-3x longer and be 50% more recyclable?
Just this one set data points on one application is so damn huge it’s crazy. The market hasn’t even begun to digest this.
It’s like a biotech that announces they have a proven cure for cancer and all the data. They are building out pharmaceutical production. And critics are all pointing to the lack of current revenue and past R&D expenses.
lol
It’s impossible to predict how big a following this company is about to get because of its plastics business.
On top of this there is huge potential in battery tech, super capacitors, actuators, coatings, concrete, lubricants, textiles. On and on. Craziest story I’ve ever come across. No company I’ve ever heard of has a larger potential TAM (total addressable market)
Seriously… I cant think of one ever that could have more profound world changing potential. Sorensen says they are gonna change the world. I’m so ready to see the contracts roll in and him get the Nobel prize he deserves

BREAKING: Two Chinese nationals have been charged for allegedly smuggling a dangerous biological pathogen into the U.S. called “Fusarium graminearum” that could cripple the U.S. economy, food supply, and endanger American lives.
The FBI arrested Yunqing Jian (33) and Zunyong Liu (34) for allegedly smuggling the noxious fungus into the U.S. that “causes ‘head blight,’ a disease of wheat, barley, maize, and rice, and is responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses worldwide each year,” according to the DOJ.
Fusarium graminearum’s toxins cause vomiting, liver damage, and reproductive defects in humans and livestock.
FBI Director Kash Patel: “This case is a sobering reminder that the Chinese Communist Party continues to deploy operatives and researchers to infiltrate our institutions and target our food supply, an act that could cripple our economy and endanger American lives.”
“Smuggling a known agroterrorism agent into the U.S. is not just a violation of law, it's a direct threat to national security. I commend the FBI Detroit Division and our partners at CBP for stopping this biological threat before it could do real damage.”
