We were so excited and inspired by our new @NathanBowenArt mural in the playground that we had a go at some self portraits in his style! @WestThorntonSch has so many excellent artists! Thank you so much Nathan for our fabulous artwork.

We were super excited to have @NathanBowenArt and Harry Blackmore in school today to create a bespoke mural in our playground. The children enjoyed seeing the art work develop and appreciated seeing themselves reflected in the final piece. We loved the final outcome! @IPAT_Edu
Year 5’s latest publishing! We really enjoyed reading Windrush Child by @BZephaniah and loved creating our own narratives inspired by it. Our artwork was inspired by the collages created by the amazing @thehoneyeffect So much power wrapped in so much colour!
