This week I am celebrating 7 years at KOAA!!
I started on weekend mornings, worked every shift in between, and finally found my home as your weekday evening meteorologist.
Colorado dishes out some crazy weather and I’ve aimed to prepare you for it all!
I am feeling so grateful for my professional personal journey over the past 7 years.
In that time I have gotten married, bought a house, and soon my husband and I are expecting our first child.
My roots run deep in Colorado. I grew up in Greeley, my husband in Denver. Our families live here. Colorado will forever be my home.
Cheers to 7 more! I will cheers some sparkling grape juice LOL – at Colorado Springs, CO

Widespread showers and thunderstorms, capable of producing heavy rain, are expected across the region, with an elevated threat for flash flooding developing over recent burn scars and areas already saturated by recent heavy rain.

Heavy rain and localized flooding possible by Wednesday and Wed night. Remnants of Hurricane #Polo, currently in the eastern Tropical Pacific, join up with storm system moving into the SW United States. Much uncertainty in exact track, so stay tuned for details and updates. #COwx
