On October 11, 1962, Dr Martin Luther King Jr. addressed a crowd at Wait Chapel on the campus of Wake Forest University. Invited as the opening speaker for the College Union Lecture Series, Dr King shared a message on integration, faith, and the ongoing work required for civil rights.
His words continue to remind us that character, integrity, and faith are fundamental pillars for a strong and united nation.
