I wrote over here in 2020 that I would change the world in 3 years. Well I haven't achieved that yet,but I have achieved changing myself to be the person that can actually accomplish doing that.
Now,it's time to actually change the world🚀

one of the stranger parts of being an adult is realising how many people have never questioned a single belief they inherited, not even out of curiosity.

Sifuna and Kang'ata on paper seem like such a dream pairing. Ideologically, though, they are quite different. If they ever became president and deputy, they would need a concrete priority plan on nation building.
If you read Kangata's articles, there is an emphasis on capital accumulation, productivity, manufacturing and building large Kenyan corporations capable of competing globally. Very Kibaki-esque. He also has rather socially conservative views.
Sifuna, on the other hand, emphasis is on constitutionalism, the rule of law, accountability, reducing government wastage and relieving the economic burden on ordinary citizens. If you listen closely, infrastructure and economic development mean little if citizens cannot enjoy their constitutional rights, afford basic necessities or access functioning public services. Like a young James Orengo.
Kang’ata seems to be more interested in how the country creates wealth. Sifuna is more interested in how the state wields its power, manages public resources and serves its citizens.
I think both men mean well for the country, but those differences become important when you move from political philosophy to actual governance. They have a priority problem. A nation needs both the capacity to create wealth and institutions that prevent that wealth from being captured by a few.
Agreeing on what kind of Kenya you want is the easy part. The kizungumkuti is agreeing on what must be sacrificed, funded or postponed to build it.

The issues you highlighted are well known by the opposition, they're not amateurs at politics, you should be doing your part by campaigning thru word of mouth/whatever means you want for the person or people you believe would be the best flag bearers for the ticket.

Unpopular opinion but county assemblies should be allowed to use vernacular. After all, 99% of the people living in Nyandarua are Kikuyus. There's no harm in making Kikuyu an official language of the county. A legislator's primary role is REPRESENTATION. Speak in their language.

When I say people underestimate wealth inequality in 🇿🇦, this is what I mean: the middle 40% in Kenya and South Africa hold roughly the same amount of total private wealth, while South Africa’s bottom 50% have negative net wealth, compared with positive net wealth in Kenya

Small online banter and this one already thinks we hate them😂😂. Banter is so normal in Kenya that even internally, we're always roasting each other's counties and tribes and still eating, laughing and doing business with one another. It's you who needs a backbone
Opus 5.5 is the craziest and most productive model ever made. Its insane just what you can get done with it

The World Bank has mentioned several factors making it harder for private companies to invest in Kenya.
They include:
— Multiple national and county taxes
— Frequent tax changes
— Unclear land ownership
— Cumbersome tax administration
— Perceptions of unequal treatment
— Bribery
— Licensing and permits
— High utility costs
— Unreliable services
— Power outages
— Outdated land records
— Limited access to finance

It still baffles me how few Kenyans and Africans know that Kenya played a remarkable role in the history of space science & exploration.
From the San Marco launch platform off the coast of Malindi, Kenya, the Uhuru satellite was launched on 12 December 1970; the first satellite dedicated entirely to X-ray astronomy.
Uhuru surveyed the sky and detected hundreds of X-ray sources, including Cygnus X-1, whose observations provided crucial evidence for what became the first widely accepted black-hole discovery.
A spacecraft launched from Kenyan soil helped open a new window onto the Universe and contributed to one of the most profound discoveries in modern astrophysics….
Let’s strive to go for the stars ,

$40,000 worth of GPUs
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔: the largest African language model ever trained from scratch, at 1.5 billion parameters. Not a fine tune, this was trained from the ground up for Africa. 🌍
Trained on 12 African languages, it beats models from Google, Meta, Alibaba and HuggingFace on African language modelling and translation while being up to 8x smaller.
𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔 doesn't belong to us. The weights are open and free to use commercially, so researchers can build on a base that doesn't treat African languages as an afterthought.
Weights in the comments.
Thanks to @UNDP, @AIHub4SD and CINECA for the GPUs and the support. None of this happens without them.
