The first step in the acquisition of wisdom is silence, the second listening, the third memory, the fourth practice, the fifth teaching others.
Banger.
If education ends when you leave the academy; don’t expect excellence 🧠
As a great musician learns they must practice separately from the band; a martial artist must also learn ways to take their work home with them.
Make it a lifestyle; and watch how you progress.
📈
The best time to start #JiuJitsu is when you’re 4 ✅
Or;
Today! 🥋
One facet of the code is to always back your brothers.
Those who have ideals.
Which align with yours AND others.
🪬
Warriors; that believe.
📿
Acolytes;
Like the @CardanoMinistry
This is why we,
with our treasury
choose to back the team
at DRMZ.

when instructing; my main objective is not always specific principles.
in fact, I’ll often respond to a question, with a question.
you can’t spoon feed students.
you won’t always be there.
let them LEARN to LEARN.
present them with the tools to further their OWN knowledge.

Not the family that Frances and Boom @Watthanaya expected, but the one they were called to build 🙏💪 These kids live, train, play, and learn under the guidance of selfless adults working tirelessly to provide better futures for them 🙌 Help our #Cardano #NFT support them 👊
When I earn my black belt in jiu jitsu.
I will mint it to the warrior code wallet as a proof of concept.

This is a tremendous photo. Makes me nostalgic and emotional.
Without these legends — these pioneers — there is no MMA.
Good on Bellator for making it happen, regardless of when it happened.
Beautiful stuff.
