@SamsungSupport 8 month fridge stopped cooling. Called support and waited 6 days for a tech to fix. Worked for 2 days and then stopped cooling again. Called up support again and was told I'll be contacted within 24 hours. Called again and was told I'll have to wait until Monday.

Today is Wednesday and i've been on the phone every single day since saturday and still haven't been told of any resolution. Just that the case management department will "call me within 24 hours". It's been 3 business days. This is ridiculous for the $ being spent on applicances
