“ I raped someone once,” Brand said in 2013, to raucous laughter from the interviewer and audience.
As @LizKershawDJ writes in her Telegraph article, “Brand was a creation of some of the most powerful players in the media. They were in his thrall. And he was egged on. He was their performing monkey. He made “great telly”. His colleagues were collateral damage.”
Media bosses at the Sun newspaper who celebrated him as “Shagger of the Year” three times (2006, 2007, 2008) and executives who turned a blind eye to his sexual activities with competition winners in BBC lavatories, and allowed him to regale his Radio 2 audience with “what he’d like to do to a newsreader under the desk” should hang their heads in shame.

Below is a fake AI-generated image of Auschwitz. Such fabrications, in fact, harass the dignity of people who suffered and were murdered in the camp.
Sadly, platforms continue to allow fabricated AI images and videos of Auschwitz and other Holocaust-related sites to spread without effective moderation or clear warning labels.
By failing to act, platforms are not merely hosting historical distortions. It is helping them reach audiences, gain visibility, and replace authentic historical evidence with fiction. This undermines public understanding of the history of Auschwitz, disrespects the memory of the victims, and contributes to the erosion of historical truth.
Follow @AuschwitzMuseum. We preserve the authentic site, commemorate the victims, and share evidence-based knowledge about the history of Auschwitz.

Anakin Zoomer Radicalism is funny. I'm for it—to a point. It's also the flip side of Leftist moral relativism and victimhood thinking, where you're absolved of participation in the moral order if things aren't perfect. A related talk I gave 4 years ago in Vegas on our latent totalitarian instincts.

When I see someone like this, I immediately think back to the first day that person came to this earth. Once upon a time, a baby that brought so much smile and joy to a family. Innocent in every aspect of the word. One look at that child and all you see is a future so bright it’s blinding.
But then you look at the person now and ask yourself, what went wrong? I think as a society, we tend to shun people like this and say, “Well, she made her choice”. But even though that might be the case, the fact still remains that people in such situations need our love and prayers. We cannot just give up on them because they choose a life which is destroying them.
The more love and care we can show them, the more they begin to see a better aspect of life and a reason to do better for themselves. Whoever this young lady is, I honestly do hope and pray she does get the help she doesn’t even know she needs.
