Borrowing can create value when the money is invested productively and generates a return greater than its cost. Borrowing to finance ongoing consumption simply pushes today's bills onto tomorrow's taxpayers.
I've spent a lifetime running businesses and farming. I understand the difference between productive debt and debt that merely keeps the lights on.
The real question isn't how much you can borrow. It's what you have to show for it, what it costs to service, and who's ultimately responsible for paying it back.
A government that confuses borrowing capacity, like NDP/Liberals, with economic prosperity is fooling itself, and eventually the taxpayers get stuck with the bill, through higher taxes, reduced public services, inflationary pressures, or a heavier debt burden passed on to future generations.
Reality owes nothing to my expectations. Observe what is, question what I assume, and never confuse a significant difference with a meaningful truth.

The Democrat Party Hates America. El-Sayed is only the latest example.
I wrote a book titled The Democrat Party Hates America. It was a warning with chapter and verse about the party’s history and where it was trying to drive our country. It’s the longest of my 10 books and could have been twice as long. Most book stores refused to publicly show it on their shelves. They didn’t like the title, which was a perfect few words, and ignored the overwhelming evidence within the book (with hundreds of citations to back up every sentence).
Most of my conservative colleagues in TV and radio wanted to avoid it. As did the so-called influencers, who don’t read very much in the first place. My brilliant and loyal audience bought hundreds of thousands of copies, driving it to the top of the NY Times bestseller list. The people wanted to know about it. The ruling class is too weak to confront it or too tolerant of what it helped create, with few brave exceptions. They wanted it buried.
When you watch this campaign ad, listen to the DSA agenda, watch the Democrat Party embrace and exploit virtually every evil under its “big tent,” even promote the disassembling of our Constitution, rabid anti-Semitism, and the violent Marxist-Islamist movements, and realize their aim is the fundamental destruction of Americanism and our republic at any cost, then you’ll realize that the Democrat Party hates America and always has hated America. There’s nothing hyperbolic about it. The evidence is all around you and overwhelming.
This ad is illustrative of their poison. El-Sayed is a CAIR-Muslim Brotherhood candidate who rails against our country. He is strongly endorsed by Schumer, Obama, Slotkin, Sanders, and the entire DC Democrat leadership and official party operation. Their donors have spent millions on his campaign. And he’s not an exception. He is the party, now and in the future. The Democrat Party craves power, one-party rule, and the centralization of government under its authority. Those patriots living in blue states get it. In other words, the Democrat Party is just another tyrannical party that’ll do anything for power. It must destroy the country to rule over it. The evidence abounds.

Painting your political opponents as puppets of Jews, as this El-Sayed ad does, and as crazed baby-killers and money-grubbing villains who are the root cause of every bad thing not just in the world, but in your life—from wars to the price of eggs to the reason you can’t have free healthcare—is not just low-grade Jew-hate. It’s pure Third Reich stuff, translated directly from the original German.
Do you remember when Jewish Democrats in Michigan explained that they would vote for El-Sayed despite his open disdain for Jews, since there are many other important issues they need him to fight for? That anything was worth it to “defeat MAGA”?
Well, here’s El-Sayed’s answer to them: Don’t worry, all those issues we agree on, like healthcare, inflation, and climate change, I’m going to make them about Jews too! I will tell the public that the Jews are the reason they can’t have those things.

In the 1.300 years of Muslim-Arab slave trade, approximately a million Greek Christians were sold as slaves. Greek girls who were pretty were forced into prostitution after being enslaved to Turks who took all their earnings. Women captives were known to be subjected to sexual abuse.
After Chios Massacre (March 30, 1822) where the Muslim Turks slaughtered 42.000 Christian Greeks, 52.000 women and children were sold as slaves in the markets of Smyrna & Constantinople.
On September 1, 1821, Samothrace was devastated by the Ottomans through a general massacre, 10.000 men & boys were slaughtered while women & children were sold also in the markets of Constantinople & Smyrna. Only those who converted to Islam survived.
On July 14, 1821, 486 Greeks of Cyprus were publicly beheaded because they didn't convert to Islam.
On 13-22 September 1922, thousands of women (Greeks and Armenians) were mass raped and slaughtered in Smyrna from the Islamic horde, the Young Turks, who were motivated by racial and religious hatred. Only those who converted to Islam survived. They aimed the Christians of Anatolia and tried to erase our Greek footprint. They failed.
On 6-7 of September 1955, during the Constantinople pogroms, Muslim Turks committed rapes againt the Greek community of the City. Hundreds of women expelled and raped. Now there is a minotiry of less than 2.000 Greeks living in the city that their ancestors found, Constantinople.
In 1974, the Muslim Turks invaded the island of Cyprus and raped in the name of their god thousands of Greek women from 12 to 71 years old. Even the Church of Cyprus had consented through its tolerance to the amendment of the legislation in 1974, so that the abortions of that period became legal.
Women captives were known to be subjected to sexual abuse. Male Muslims were given the right to have sex with female captives (slaves), which was phrased: "those men who guard their genitals, except with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for then there is no blame" (Quran 23:6), which granted men the right to have sex not only with their wives but also with female captive slaves.
Islam is an enemy for every woman.
Anyone who willingly supports the Islamic invasion against native Europeans is a traitor to his or her own kind and ancestors.

“4th” Reich seems perfectly comfortable condemning concentrated power when Trump exercises it, then advocating much greater government control when Musk is the target.
You cannot defend economic freedom only when you approve of the people exercising it.
Reich is entitled to dislike Musk, criticize his political influence and question government contracts. But using the power of the state to take over a successful private enterprise because you distrust its owner is a dangerous precedent.
The real test of your principles is whether you defend them when the person benefiting is someone you despise.

A sitting Prime Minister with an ethics screen covering 100+ companies tied to his former firm, Chinese capital and fentanyl cash moving through Canadian banks, a state-owned Chinese shipyard building ferries near our coasts with federal backing, and CSIS warnings that Beijing is targeting First Nations leaders for resources—and the official line is still “elbows up against America.”
This is not a sideshow. It is the system working exactly as designed: loose rules, incomplete disclosure, and selective enforcement. Blind trusts and ethics screens that leave most of a trillion-dollar portfolio untouched do not protect the public. Banks that launder drug money until a foreign government forces the issue do not protect Canadians. Deals that send shipbuilding and strategic capacity overseas while we lecture the US do not protect our future.
For my nine grandchildren this is not abstract. When the people in charge have unresolved conflicts, when money and influence flow with little friction, and when the narrative is managed instead of the risks, the result is a country that cannot defend its own interests or its own kids. Tighten the ethics rules. Force full divestiture. Enforce real anti-money-laundering standards at home. Demand transparency on every major China-linked deal. Or stop pretending the official story is the real one.
The evidence is already on the record. The only question is whether anyone will act on it.
