#DSP are the backbone of all agencies within the disability sector. You don't know their work because they are selfless in everything they do. Their professionalism is on the highest level and they know someone's life is in their hands.
@OrResourceAssoc the part people don't understand is the connections made between #dsp staff and clients. We grieve together and remember DSP staff that provided love, laughs, and fun.

I wanted to let everyone know about my guy Kevin! Kevin just started his new job with Les Schwab as a greeter in Hillsboro yesterday, so today is only his second day on the job! So far, he loves it, and he has not stopped smiling!

Pictured below is Ron Wortham and his wife Kay. Ron earned the DSP of the year around. He began as a driver transporting folks to and from work. Not long after, he became a Community Support Specialist and is a favorite among all. Congrats, Ron!
