May 27th marks the 3rd anniversary of Catherine Youssef Kassenoff’s tragic passing. Receiving that email from her was such a surreal moment. I so wanted it not to be true. 😢
To say the family court system failed her is an understatement. 3 years later, it’s still just as bad and more women are losing their lives - just because they want a divorce.
Take a moment to say a prayer for Catherine. 🙏🏼
May she be remembered as the brave woman and mother that she was.

Shame on you @DailyMail. This mother had fought hard with family court to make them understand how dangerous the father was. As is typical, the court did not believe her. The patriarchal court protected his interest every step of the way, didn’t care about her or the children.
Another innocent child killed whilst in custody of her father. Melina Frattolin was just 9 years old and likely trusted her dad. Was he upset about paying child support? Or was he trying to punish and inflict suffering on his ex-wife for their 2019 divorce? This is why we CANNOT have 50/50 joint custody because #itsallmen
