6:55pm ET: - That second line sure did form right on time! This will go through much of Kentucky, slowly. - We do not expect widespread severe weather with this. - A few instances of very strong downpours with some Gusty winds would be the expectation. - George

3:40pm ET: ~ Original cluster is pushing into NE Kentucky. NON SEVERE. ~ We'll need to watch the yellow circle region and see if any more storms form. These would also carry a very low-end severe threat, mainly for brief damaging winds!
