On 13 October @WelshGovernment published its Second Supplementary Budget for 2026-27.
£354 million in total.
It confirms funding plans from June's Supplementary budget, which @SeneddWales didn't approve at the time, and adds new money for Additional Learning Needs. 🧵1/7
