UPDATE: Franschhoek Pass will be closed indefinitely due to the recent rock falls. Control points on either side of the pass, and at various entrances to the area has been set up to warn the public that this route is not accessible. We will keep you updated @TrafficSA @EWNTraffic

💧 Bergriver - 75.3% (2018: 67%. Last week: 72.9%).
💧 Theewaterskloof - 41.4% (2018: 29.8%. Last week: 40.3%)

MUNICIPALITY READY TO REIMBURSE RESIDENTS WITH OLD PARKING CARDS
Any resident who still has an old ADO card may bring it to the Main Cashiers, at the municipal buildings, where a card reader will indicate the amount of remaining credit and it will be paid out to the resident.

Our #AnimalOfTheWeek is the largest rodent in southern Africa, the Cape Porcupine. It has beautiful and tough black and white quills that are popular in arts and crafts. When under attack, the porcupine defends itself by running backwards into its attacker.
