I’m here at the buddhist center, glad to be able to walk this far from my home. Here is the large prayer wheel I’m an to turn and say the mantra for compassion for all of us deal with loss, challenges, grief. May you find compassion may I too find compassion in ourselves&others

The Buddhist Center is blocks from my home in the Richmond Ca hills. It’s hard walking up there because of my physical issues, & I must convince myself I can take the time away from deadlines. But I went, found this goddess whose compassion is flowing, may she enliven you & me!
