I went to an Indian "hack" dentist once with an emergency tooth ache, just about at the time everyone was forced to buy this inferior but expensive health insurance. I paid my deductible and I thought the claim was settled. I kept got a notice from my provider that I was still receiving dental care that month from this Indian dentist. I called my health care provider at informed them what was happening and I suspected fraud. They said they'd look into it. The next month I got another notice saying again I had dental work done and they paid the hack Indian dentist. I called my provider again and reported the issue, and again they said the same thing. The following month again it happened so when I called the third time I demanded they do something about it. The notices stopped coming so I figured they did do something. I Bet the thief is still practicing dentistry and doing a terrific job.
