Actually many of the poor decisions during Destiny's development were a direct result of "inclusivity". Hiring and management practices were altered to value diversity and inclusiveness over competence. This led to massive inefficiencies and severely hindered honest critique. I know because I saw it firsthand. The harm that "wokeness" does to a company has two components: - One is external (e.g. pride flags and girl bosses sold to a customer base that doesn't want it) - The other is internal. The quality of the workforce and the development/critique processes are eroded, in an effort to be more "inclusive". So many lefties say "you can't define woke! it's just buzzword!" but that's only because they don't listen.
