We will be open for survivors and their children fleeing domestic abuse this winter. They will likely arrive with nothing. We will provide them with food, clothes, toiletries and nappies to help them feel settled into their first night. We can only do this with your help.

Finally, this is a highly emotive subject. Vet fees are high. They are and always will be when you want a group of highly trained professionals working on your pet. Abusing frontline staff is just the lowest of the low and will not change anything. Stop it. #vettwitter

I feel sickened by the recent bashing of our incredible Vets. The stories I hear about abuse from clients is horrific. Definitely seen an increase in my own profession too. Worrying, and not necessary at all.

Just finished a consult with “love you, bye!” And now I shall be retreating into a dark cave of embarrassment for the next three months…. #vettwitter ❤️

Love agility. I’ve been competing since 1988 and I’ve been lucky to have had such a close partnership with so many different dogs over the years. Training using shaping and reward builds such enthusiasm, and a strong bond between us.

Me and rescue dog Pepper, pre-kids doing ‘mini agility’, as was then called. Ah the days spent waiting for our turn… and then slinking off because it went a bit wrong 😑 😂🥰 Competition isn’t for me now but I love the bond that the learning creates, and the handling skills too.
