🇹🇩🇨🇫 Rentrer chez soi ne s’improvise pas : cela se prépare.
Le Tchad, la RCA et le HCR ont signé les modalités pratiques du rapatriement volontaire des réfugiés centrafricains.
Une étape de plus pour rendre ces retours possibles et accompagner les familles dans leur retour. 🏡
A l’issue des deux jours de travaux, la réunion de la commission tripartite Tchad🇹🇩 – RCA🇨🇫 – @Le_HCR s’est achevée aujourd’hui par l’adoption et la signature des modalités pratiques du rapatriement volontaire, la validation du chronogramme des opérations ainsi que l’adoption du règlement intérieur de la Commission.
L’opérationnalisation du cadre tripartite a permis aussi aux trois parties de réaffirmer leur engagement à favoriser la réintégration durable des rapatriés en République centrafricaine, avec l’appui du HCR et des partenaires concernés.
En fin, il a été convenu de la nécessité de traduire les décisions adoptées en actions concrètes, à travers une coordination permanente entre les parties, le respect des responsabilités convenues et la mobilisation des ressources financières et logistiques nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du processus.
