NOW I OPEN MY FUCKING EMAIL AND THEY FUCKING THINK I OWE THEM NEARLY $1000 FOR SOME FUCKING REASON AND I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND OUT WHY BECAUSE THEIR FUCKING SYSTEM DOESN'T LIST ME AS A FUCKING CUSTOMER AND YOU CAN'T FUCKING CALL THEM, THEY DON'T HAVE A FUCKING PHONE LINE

Through SEVERAL FUCKING DAYS of calls with @TELUS and @koodo I was FUCKING FINALLY able to get them to un-fuck themselves, transfer my account and my balance over, and get my services working. Fine great fucking finally no because @koodo are the worst fucking company.

I receive an email from @koodo a short while later informing me that I owe them several hundred dollars. I was notably confused and annoyed as I was told that the remaining balance of my phone would be transfered as well as my services, so that's ANOTHER fuckup from @koodo

@TELUS support was able to resolve that but fucked up again because they didn't properly issue me the e-SIM I requested. Fine, I was able to resolve that MY FUCKING SELF a short while later. I thought everything was good. FUCKING NOPE

First and foremost in this fucking circus of failure is @koodo fucked up transfering my account, and for some fucking reason when my @TELUS account actived it was a different fucking number. Not acceptable, my phone number has been the same for 10+ years, I need that.

this all started several weeks ago with a call from @koodo informing me that they will be transfering my account to @TELUS as part of some upcoming move. I thought that was fine, they were also increasing my services with no additional cost, sure whatever.
