Earlier this week, Michelle and I called our friend @KamalaHarris. We told her we think she’ll make a fantastic President of the United States, and that she has our full support. At this critical moment for our country, we’re going to do everything we can to make sure she wins in November. We hope you’ll join us.

Average is common…Excellence is rare. Many people have a misconception that they are operating with a spirit of excellence. Here’s my question…Is it hard, has it cost you something, are you uncomfortable, are you realizing how much you don’t know? If not…NOT EXCELLENCE!

Things I'm sick of hearing from my employees:
- Can I leave early today
- I'll be late in the morning
- My child is sick, can I rush off
- I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, is that okay
- I'm going to be late back from lunch, I've got some things to sort
I don't care.
