NIGERIA NEEDS LEADERSHIP WITH ENERGY, NOT AN ENTITLEMENT TO POWER!
Watching the events surrounding President Tinubu in Akwa Ibom, where he appeared to stumble and nearly fall, is deeply sobering. I wish him good health and dignity. But we must not allow courtesy to silence a necessary national conversation.
Nigeria is too important, too young, too energetic and too troubled to continue treating the presidency as a retirement entitlement.
This is not about age discrimination. Age does not automatically disqualify anyone from leadership. But the Nigerian presidency demands extraordinary physical stamina, mental alertness, sound judgment, compassion and relentless energy.
We have millions of young Nigerians struggling for survival, an economy in distress, insecurity everywhere and a generation desperate for opportunity. They need a leader who can match the urgency of their struggles.
My pain is not that a President stumbled. My pain is that Nigeria itself continues to stumble while its political leadership refuses to recognise the urgency of the moment.
I believe in Mr Peter Obi because Nigeria needs a different leadership culture: competence over connections, service over entitlement, accountability over excuses, and compassion over political arrogance.
We must stop confusing longevity in politics with capacity to lead.
Nigeria deserves a President who can carry the enormous responsibility of the office with energy, clarity, courage and commitment.
The presidency is not a retirement home. It is a national assignment. And Nigeria cannot afford another four years of misplaced priorities.

Using Peter Obi's financial prudence as comedy will so crack you up. Imagine Obi as the President. There simply wouldn't be any waste in government. He is who he says he is. 🤣
Let's vote this guy in.

We appear to be living in a country where those entrusted with public authority increasingly speak and act as though they are above the law. From ministers making inflammatory public statements, to local government chairmen telling citizens to leave, senators threatening citizens with violence, and ruling party officials making statements that undermine public confidence in our democracy, one must ask: Where is our respect for the Constitution, the rule of law, and the dignity of the Nigerian people?
Nigeria is not the private property of any political party, president, minister, senator, governor, or local government chairman. Public office is a responsibility, not a licence to intimidate, insult, threaten, or silence citizens.
Nigeria still has a Constitution. Nigerians still have rights. And those in power must be held accountable.
History teaches us that no political authority is permanent. Power changes hands, governments come and go, and those who believe themselves untouchable eventually discover that the people and history have the final say.
The time has come for Nigerians to rise in courage, unity, constitutional resistance, peaceful protest, civic action, and an uncompromising demand for accountability. We must reject intimidation, challenge impunity, defend our democratic institutions, and insist that every public official is subject to the law.
No government has the right to treat citizens as enemies simply because they disagree. No political party owns Nigeria. No public official is above the Constitution. Those who abuse power must understand that the Nigerian people are watching, history is recording, and accountability cannot be postponed forever.
We must resist tyranny. We must reject impunity. We must defend our country. Nigeria belongs to all of us not to those who temporarily occupy positions of power.
