I want trump arrested because he has committed many crimes, and abused his power, and hurt so many people and most of all for being a treasonous rat against the United States for #PutinWarCriminal

Hey @KathyHochul, how about some sort of legislation that holds these people accountable for their lawlessness.

No one is safe when the government violates the constitution. xitter.cf/thejfreakinc/status/20…
🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was caught on a surveillance camera trespassing through private backyards, with his taser drawn, in Pompano Beach, Florida.
In the video, the masked agent can be seen walking through private backyards, searching each property’s patio, with his taser drawn… before walking away.
And we need to stop normalizing this.
The Fourth Amendment protects people against unreasonable searches and seizures, and requires the government to have a warrant, consent, or a recognized exception before entering private property to conduct a search.
Your backyard is still your private property.
Your constitutional rights don’t disappear because the person walking onto your property is wearing a badge.
And somehow, we’re being conditioned to see this as normal.
IT IS NOT NORMAL.
It should not be normal.
Because if the government can just walk onto your private property, with weapons drawn, and expect you to accept it… we’re not talking about immigration enforcement anymore.
We’re talking about a government that is no longer respecting the constitutional rights of the people it’s supposed to be protecting.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents followed, racially profiled, and illegally detained a car full of U.S. citizens, in Buffalo, NY.
In the video, multiple agents surrounded the car, opened the driver’s door, and start questioning them about who owns the vehicle.
They explain that they aren’t the owner, and that they’re all American citizens.
And that should have been the end of it.
Instead, agents opened the backseat passenger’s door, and continued interrogating them.
The passenger even pulled out HIS ID, showing it to the agents, and explicitly tells them they do NOT consent to the agents opening the car door.
Being a federal agent does not give you unlimited authority to stop, search, open the doors of, or detain whoever you want.
The Fourth Amendment protects from unreasonable searches and seizures. Immigration enforcement does NOT create a blanket exception to the Constitution.
Stopping this car, detain U.S. citizens, and opening their doors, wasn’t “just an immigration check.”
It was an abuse of government power.
And THIS is what happens when agents aren’t held accountable.
When there are no meaningful consequences for violating people’s constitutional rights, those violations become routine.
Federal agents should NEVER be above the laws they are sworn to enforce.

When excessive force is normalized, as well as ICE agents trespassing on private property, no one is safe. xitter.cf/thejfreakinc/status/20…
🚨BREAKING: In Danbury, Connecticut, an ICE agent was filmed pointing a taser DIRECTLY at the head of a man who was already lying on the ground… with his hands zip-tied behind his back.
In the video, the man is pinned to the ground, his hands are restrained, he isn’t visibly resisting, and an armed federal agent has a taser pointed at his HEAD.
At the same time, the agent tells another agent he needs to help with another person, who is already being restrained by multiple agents… and is literally just sitting on the ground.
The person filming says, “They aren’t even resisting.”
The agents go to put the men in a car, when another agent tells the person filming to “get the fuck back.”
He says, “Alright,” and starts WALKING AWAY.
But the agent follows him, saying…
“Keep going.”
“I’m leaving.”
“Keep going.”
“Don’t you see me walking away?… But you keep following me like I’m not walking away.”
You have the right to record law enforcement officers performing their duties in public, as long as you aren’t actually interfering with what they’re doing.
Walking away, while filming, is not interference.
The Fourth Amendment also protects people from unreasonable seizures and excessive force.
And when someone is already restrained, lying on the ground, and not visibly resisting… pointing a Taser at their HEAD raises some very serious questions about excessive force.
So, when the people with the guns, badges, and federal authority start acting like constitutional rights are optional, who exactly is supposed to hold them accountable?
Because “I’m leaving” should have been the end of that interaction.
And having a man lying on the ground, with his hands zip-tied behind his back, should’ve been the end of the use of force.
And THAT is why people need to keep filming.
Because accountability will never happen without evidence.

This is a better response than pretty much all other Republicans but why can’t you summon the true courage to officially endorse @amyactonoh? This moment requires more than just statements on TV. It requires leaders that leave no doubt about which side of history they are on.
😄 A blow from an unexpected quarter! Mozambique's president has made Putin a laughingstock
The African leader posted a photo on social media from the so-called Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).
As we all know, the Russian dictator is self-conscious about his height, and photos like this are a rare sight in his official photo collection.
Wonder if the photographer is still alive?
My friend from when we were 13yrs-old contacted me. We’ve been talking almost a year. Neither one of us said anything about politics until tonight. After I said we should meet up on vacation, she said, “I hope you’re not MAGA cz I long for the day when justice is served to Trump😅
