Today, Sui Naming Limited submitted its application for the .sui Top-Level Domain.
We’re working with Doma, D3, and other industry partners to bring the Domain Name System (DNS) to SuiNS, connecting Sui names with the global naming system behind .com, .net, and .org.
This is a step toward bringing .sui names into the global DNS, enabling them to work as internet domains for Sui apps, Walrus sites, and more.
The application is now in the ICANN process. More to come.

Etherfi Analyst Call recap: the biggest update since Cash launched
From $100M in annualized card spend last November to almost $2B today, and the team says this one goes beyond what TradFi can do:
- New app on iOS, Android and web, already live in the App Store
- One portfolio for everything: crypto, tokenised stocks, ETFs, gold and silver, 100+ assets
- Funding in 10 to 15 currencies, Cash App QR, SEPA in Europe, Interac in Canada, money lands as stablecoins
- Payments out in 40+ currencies, across 20 crypto networks and 15+ payment rails
- One click loans against your assets, running on their own Aave instance on Optimism. USDC and ETH work as collateral today, more assets later
- Cashback on everything: 3% on card spend, 0.30% on referrals, 0.20% on borrowing, 0.15% on swaps, all funded by revenue
- Four tiers: Core free, Luxe $199 a year, Pinnacle $999 a year, VIP by invitation, each with its own cashback, travel perks and exclusives
- Or skip the fee: earn points, deposit in Liquid or hold $ETHFI to unlock the same tier
- Up to 30% off streaming, AI, travel and Discord, landing in a few weeks
- Account protection up to $500,000
- Staking is now only a quarter of protocol revenue, Cash brings more than half of it
- $1.33M a month routed into programmatic ETHFI buybacks, pending a DAO vote
- Another token announcement is coming, they say it is not ready yet

BREAKING: Samsung is bringing native $USDC support to 1 billion+ Galaxy users via Samsung Wallet.
The feature will allow users to hold, send, and receive stablecoins directly in the built-in wallet.

We saw already QR payments in Japan 🇯🇵via Sui, so if direct crypto payments spreads further (and I believe this is what awaits us in the closest future), Sui network with its gasless transfers will have a major competitive advantage.
