Here's another hilarious kicker ......
USA Sports announces that its coverage of WNBA Game 6 will simulcast on E! and Syfy
The WNBA Finals will be on the SyFy network in between Twight Zone reruns and Ghostbusters.
Bonus .... USA Sports announces that its coverage of WNBA Game 6 will simulcast on E! and Syfy
I would pay to see the faces of the nerds who flip on SyFy and see this nonsense going on.
Why are you blaming this on the NBA? You're blaming the wrong people.
It's literally the Dream's job to book arenas, they're already moving game times for the WNBA.
The ATL Dream said we don't care about fans across the country who want to watch, we have a chance for quick cash
I pray this happens.
Watch a bunch of security guards tell WNBA players to get off the floor because we gotta tear it down for the prime time game.
ATL Dream want the quick cash infusion, they don't care about the fans across the country or if they'll watch.
The WNBA Finals on "Syfy Channel and Golf Channel" ...
Can't make that up.
12:30 PM Eastern Time is 9:30 AM in California ... on a Thursday.
This is what the WNBA actually approved?
WNBA Finals Game 6 will be played Thursday at 12:30 p.m. ET at State Farm Arena, per @ramonashelburne.
Once again, since this league has had a welfare mindset for decades and won't take responsibility for their own poor decision making the Atlanta Dream / WNBA people are demanding everyone else drop everything they're doing to reschedule things.
Dream management is embarrassing.
Dream spokesperson on where Game 6 of the Finals in Atlanta will be played, via @alexaphilippou:
"We are waiting to hear from the league if any changes can be made to allow us to play in State Farm Arena. If not, the game will be played in Gateway Center Arena."
Gateway Center Arena's capacity is around 3,500, while State Farm Arena's is 17,000.
50/10 game is nice.
LUKA JUST ERUPTED FOR 52 POINTS 🚨
🪄 52 PTS

Wild a Paige fan saying this when Dallas Wings beat reporter Grant Afseth, with over a decade covering basketball, shared screenshots of a violent DM and decided to stop his coverage amid ongoing issues.

"If this doesn’t change"
Can you cite a single racist event the past 3 seasons from Fever fans at a game?
There are 17,000 cameras at every game so I'm sure you have a bunch of videos to backup your claims right?
There's video when stuff happens.

Journalism includes fact checking tough, what facts have you published here?

I don’t pick when players share information. When the second leading scorer and third place MVP vote getter talks publicly about her experience that prompts questions. The answers to which can become the basis for a story.
Happy to provide a journalism lesson today 🫶🏻
Hopefully she lays off that 3x3 pickup league stuff that got her injured this past season. League is expanding to 50 games next year so no need to come in banged up.
So like the Fever have more engagement than the whole league combined? That's wild.
