The clocks go back tonight — a timely reminder to think about vitamin D.
From October to March our bodies can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight. To keep bones and muscles healthy it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D.

Good morning,
We know the news of Dolly Parton’s death has affected so many across the world, and even if we haven’t met someone we can be deeply affected by grief.
Collectively we can come together to know that others understand our feelings, which can be a comfort.
Sending everyone feeling sad today, all our love and support 🧡
@Donna_ashworth @DollyParton
Eid Mubarak to all who are celebrating ☪️ May you enjoy this time with family and loved ones. Many blessings for this special time and the year to come. #eiduladha #eidmubarak #Eid

The first sign of a stroke might not seem like much - struggling to smile, being unable to lift an arm, or slurred speech.
But any sign of a stroke is always an emergency.
Face or arm or speech - at the first sign, it's time to call 999. #StrokeAwarenessMonth

Exercise doesn't just mean burpees and sprints.
All movement is good 🙏🏼
Go for a bike ride or walk around the park, walk with your dog, do some yoga in the living room, go for a light jog ☺️
Find something you enjoy 💙

Too many older renters receiving Housing Benefit are having to cut back on essentials to cover their rent.
The UK Govt must uprate Local Housing Allowance to cover the cheapest 30% of the market.
Without change, older renters are at risk of homelessness.
