⚠️SICKENING LENIENCY ⚠️ A school IT technician in Colchester who filmed children as young as FOUR in school toilets, has walked free - in a case that's taken SIX years to get to court. Toby Shellum, now 24, hid cameras in toilet cubicles and held an iPhone under cubicles to film children. He also filmed teachers and other staff under their desks. He transferred all his recordings every day to his laptop and also downloaded sickening CSA material. [The sex of victims is not reported] The offences came to light after a pupil reported being filmed in a cubicle. Shellum denied his crimes initially but later admitted 16 offences of voyeurism, and taking and making indecent images of children. He said he got an "adrenaline rush" when targeting his victims. He also said he felt guilty every night - SO guilty that he returned the next day to do it all over again! With his offending even escalating in "more risky ways". Surprising NO ONE, defence deployed a pathetic sob story that Shellum had had a "traumatic childhood and had been diagnosed with ADHD." And apparantly he'd been prescribed medication that made him do it Guv!! The court heard devastating victim impact statements and the parents of the children and from the staff. They described their anger, shock, betrayal, violation and humiliation. 🗣One mother said: “As a mother, this was absolutely devastating and something I found incredibly difficult to put into words.” 🗣A member of staff said: [He] clearly has no boundaries to ensure [he] got what [he] wanted." But despite the many victims, the "significant degree of planning" and the abuse of a position of trust, Judge Nicola Talbot-Hadley let Shellum walk free. She gave him a pathetic 120 hours unpaid work, 26 "rehab" days and 10yrs on sex offenders' register and an SHPO. UNACCEPTABLE! Shellum has already got another full time job which has no contact with kids - and he gets to just to just walk away leaving a school full of staff, kids and parents traumatised for life! This case has taken SIX years to get to court - meanwhile men who throw empty plastic bottles and mums who post spicy tweets are jailed within weeks or months. 🚫What an absolute shitshow of a country and an abomination of a so-called justice system. A man jailed for raping a woman is now claiming he's victim of "transphobic bullying" in a men's prison. Instead of telling him "You're in prison dude, STFU"- The prison denied claims urging they're "proudly inclusive" and have a "significant trans population". This is trans.

MANCHESTER 13 TRIAL: A third man has pleaded guilty to raping a woman who was systematically drugged by her husband for over 20 years. Pensioner Graham Brougham, 74, from Cheshire follows university technician Keith Fotheringham, 59, and unemployed Sean Peers, 38, in admitting horrific crimes. Judge Maurice Greene bailed Brougham but told him he "faces a long time in custody" The Stockport husband admitted all 60 offences back in September. The trial of the ten remaining defendants is due to begin on 2nd November. The wife was present in court, supported by her two sons, for all admissions of guilt by her husband and the three men. The sustained distress, betrayal and trauma she is experiencing is just too much to comprehend.
