Jetpack is built into WordPress.com, and can't be deactivated. However, switching to Jetpack app is risk-free since the data is synced on our end. There is no need for manual transfer. More details: wordpress.com/blog/2023/02/1…
What is the URL of your site? If you are using Jetpack on your site we recommend switching to that app instead (it offers the same WordPress functionality but with access to Jetpack functions such as social sharing: jetpack.com/support/jetpack-…
