I ate meat for the first time a year ago after being vegan for two years. I was brainwashed into believing that the animal foods that humans have been eating for THOUSANDS of years were somehow bad for us. When I was vegan I was eating a lot of imported fruits, vegetables and grains. Today I eat a lot of local meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables and eggs. Today I’m am the healthiest that I have ever been. If you use common sense you will realize that eating nothing but imported foods covered in pesticides is a terrible idea. If you want to feel your best you must eat foods that are available locally.
