This week is Safe Sleep Awareness Week in Canada. Remember the ABC’s of safe sleep. It is safest for your baby to sleep: ALONE - The safest place for your baby to sleep is in the same room but in their own bed; On their BACK -Always place your baby on their back to sleep, at naptime and nighttime. In a CRIB -Use a crib or bassinet that meets current safety standards and keep it free of pillows, comforters, quilts and bumper pads. gnb.ca/safesleep
