"Cyndy Cruz is passionate about advancing World Languages instruction in all HCS schools. Her classroom became a pilot for Spanish in elementary school. Her work with the district team advanced World Languages instruction to all HCS elementary schools. Mrs. Cruz's class serves as a model for other teachers, and as a place where all students are loved and given an opportunity to learn a skill that can positively change their lives."
Stay tuned as we highlight our exceptional teachers and their commitment to providing a high-quality, world-class education for every student, leading up to the #2026TOTY ceremony on Sept. 24.
