A bit of unsolicited advice but if you want big musclar arms be sure to train tf out of your triceps because your triceps make up 70% of your arm which I find kinda funny because your biceps have 3 heads yet the tricep is the biggest arm muscle

Ok so update we are having dinner Monday and he told me that in order for us to have a relationship I have to make amends with his wife (who was also abusive to me) or it's not going to work even tho they were the ones who threw me out onto the streets and changed the locks😀👍🏼
