Meet Marco Crivellari: 'Why didn’t I try [to write] before? Haven’t I spent a life loving books, finding characters - lines of prose appearing in my head? When it came down to it I lacked the confidence to think they were worth saying out loud...' blog.writingroom.org.uk/2024… #writing

We loved seeing, at first Crouch End Literary Festival @crouchendfest this past weekend, 3 Writing Room writers present 3 superb books - @Woolfjames, Jeff Probst & Carl Heap. Lovely vibe at Hornsey Library. Thanks to Dave Cohen, the library and other organisers. #writers #poetry
Covers of the three books from the events - Indefensible, a legal thriller by James Woolf, When the Moon was White, a literary novel by Jeff Probst, and Fruit & Veg, the poetry of edible plant life by Professor Richard Pickings, aka Carl Heap.

' “Everyone has a book in them.” I feel like I’ve heard that so many times. Could it be true? Could I be harbouring the Next Great Novel? If I was, I was keeping it so well hidden, I didn’t know it was there…' blog.writingroom.org.uk/ Great new blog up on our site! #writing
