I started as Barney when I was just 18 years old, having grown up watching Wednesday. At that age, it really was the dream job.

⚫️🟡 From Protest to Purpose 🖤💛
The Sheffield Wednesday Supporters’ Trust is proud to confirm the donation of 1,000 surplus black and gold protest scarves to two outstanding homelessness charities: Shiloh Homeless Support and Framework.
These scarves were created during a period when supporters came together to make their voices heard. Rather than letting the remaining stock sit unused, we felt it was only right that they continue to serve a purpose, this time by offering warmth, dignity, and support to people in our community who need it most.
This donation reflects what the Trust is about at its core:
supporters helping supporters, and football being a force for good beyond the pitch.
We’re incredibly proud that something born out of unity and solidarity has now been repurposed into a positive contribution for such a worthwhile cause.
A huge thank you to Shiloh Homeless Support and Framework for the vital work they do every day, and to Trust members whose backing makes initiatives like this possible.
This is what a supporters’ trust should be about, standing up when needed, and giving back whenever we can.
