Let me preface this: I’m an Orthodox Christian. I have no supportive ties to the modern state of Israel, nor do I believe it is a legitimate state. On the contrary, I’m highly critical of its foreign policy, its espionage, and its expansionist agenda.
What makes the debate between @RealCandaceO and @paleochristcon so difficult is the presence of people with ulterior motives who will pit everyone against Israel regardless of the truth. Take @sneako: the moment Israel is mentioned, he couldn’t care less about the actual substance. By any means necessary, he’ll muddy the waters and obfuscate the truth just to make Israel look bad. That’s the only goal.
They don’t even need to bother. Israel has already done a masterful job of ensuring most of the world sees it as a terrible, invasive, compromised state.
