🇵🇱🤝🇺🇸 Two photos. Two political leaders. Two different visions for Poland. 📸 1st Photo: Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland, with Barack Obama. Pro-EU integration. 📸 2nd Photo: Karol Nawrocki, President of Poland, with Donald Trump. Conservative, emphasizing national sovereignty and strong border security. These two photos reflect Poland's political divide.

Heroic Arrival: Karol Nawrocki, President of Poland, Enters the Constitutional Tribunal to Defend the Rule of Law. He was turning his plane around mid-flight on the way to Senegal. On Friday, October 30, 2026, President Karol Nawrocki was flying to Dakar for an official visit. While he was in the air, events escalated at the Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny TK): The longest-serving judge, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, issued an order suspending Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski (a PiS-aligned figure) and his deputy for one month, and declared she was taking charge of the court. Nawrocki immediately cut the trip short, posting: “At a moment like this, the President must be in Poland. I am cutting short my flight to Senegal. I am returning.” He then flew back and went to the Tribunal that night. This was the latest escalation in the long-running power struggle between Nawrocki and Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government over control of the Constitutional Tribunal. It’s a big deal because it is a direct power struggle over control of Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny), one of the country’s highest institutions. The Tribunal is supposed to decide whether laws are constitutional. On Friday the longest-serving judge suspended the Tribunal’s president (Bogdan Święczkowski) and claimed to take control. Supporters of the suspended leadership called it an illegal “coup.” A coup (short for coup d’état) means a sudden, illegal seizure of power from a government or institution, usually by a small group that bypasses normal legal and constitutional procedures. In this Polish dispute, Nawrocki’s side and PiS-aligned politicians use the word to describe the suspension of Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski by Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska (plus the police presence outside). They argue it was an unconstitutional power grab that tried to replace the existing leadership without proper legal authority.

What is happening right now at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is, in my view, nothing less than a COUP D’ÉTAT! Donald Tusk is doing everything in his power to illegally seize control of yet another public institution, acting outside the law and trampling on Poland’s constitutional order. His ultimate goal is to establish the supremacy of EU law over Polish law, force through the EU Migration Pact, and flood Poland with tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands, of illegal migrants. He wants Poland to stop being an island of safety, stability and prosperity in Europe. He wants our country to suffer the same economic destruction, social chaos and devastation that we are witnessing in other parts of Europe. Donald Tusk is acting exclusively in Germany’s interests - NOT in the interests of the Polish people. Poland is a sovereign nation. We will not surrender our independence, our security or our future! Listen to what @D_Tarczynski has to say!

🇵🇱 WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN POLAND? THE OCTOBER 30–31 CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS EXPLAINED. FRIDAY EVENING. 6:00 PM. THE START OF THE WEEKEND. Poland's President Karol Nawrocki was already in the air, flying to Senegal. Back in Warsaw, a dramatic confrontation was unfolding at Poland's Constitutional Tribunal (TK). First, a little history for those unfamiliar with Poland. Like the United States, Poland has a written Constitution. Poland adopted its historic Constitution on May 3, 1791, just four years after the U.S. Constitution. The Constitutional Tribunal is responsible for determining whether laws comply with Poland's Constitution, making it one of the country's most important institutions. NOW, BACK TO FRIDAY EVENING. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, elected by the parliamentary majority but not sworn in by President Nawrocki, announced the suspension of Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice President Bartłomiej Sochański. The Tribunal's existing leadership denounced the move as an attempted coup. Prime Minister Donald Tusk defended the actions as part of restoring the rule of law. But why Friday evening? Why at the beginning of the weekend? Why while the president was already out of the country? These are questions that deserve answers. THEN CAME THE POLICE DEPLOYMENT. Police officers wearing protective helmets and carrying shields guarded the Constitutional Tribunal and restricted access to its grounds. Who requested their presence? Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek and Anna Korwin-Piotrowska had contacted police about security concerns. Inside the building were seven disputed judicial appointees. Meanwhile, Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski was reportedly prevented from entering. Seven disputed appointees inside. The existing Tribunal leadership kept outside. Police guarding the entrances. All of this was unfolding on a Friday evening. THE POLISH PEOPLE RESPONDED. Protesters quickly gathered outside the Constitutional Tribunal. Some prayed peacefully, holding rosaries and religious images, while expressing opposition to the leadership changes. Poland remembers its history. The Polish people resisted Nazi occupation. They struggled against communist dictatorship. Generations fought for independence, sovereignty and freedom. AND PRESIDENT NAWROCKI RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. He turned his plane around over Spain, canceled his trip to Senegal and returned to Warsaw that same night. Shortly before 1:00 AM Saturday, he entered the Constitutional Tribunal, accompanied by the First President of Poland's Supreme Court. A confrontation unfolded at the entrance. Then, inside the Tribunal, the president confronted the disputed judicial appointees directly. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska declared that they were judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. PRESIDENT NAWROCKI RESPONDED: "YOU ARE NOT JUDGES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL." His chief of staff, Zbigniew Bogucki, accused Korwin-Piotrowska of carrying out a coup and challenged her legal authority. The confrontation was recorded on video and spread across social media. "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." That familiar saying carries a message about responsibility in moments of crisis. When people believe their freedom, democracy or constitutional institutions are threatened, peaceful protest, public scrutiny and lawful action matter. THE PEOPLE PROTESTED. THE PRESIDENT RETURNED. THE CONFRONTATION BECAME PUBLIC. And the world could see what was happening. Thank you, @elonmusk, for providing X, a platform where information can spread beyond traditional media gatekeepers. When traditional media fails to give a story the attention people believe it deserves, X gives ordinary citizens a voice. TRUTH DESERVES TO BE SEEN, NOT SILENCED. President @NawrockiKn made his position clear: at a moment like this, the president must be in Poland. 🇵🇱 FREEDOM IS NOT SOMETHING TO TAKE FOR GRANTED. IT MUST BE PROTECTED.

Barack Hussein Obama was spotted in London a couple weeks ago. He was on his "what comes next" speaking tour. Who did he meet with? 👀👀 Barack Obama is Donald Tusk’s dear friend. Today Donald Tusk is attempting a coup against the democratically elected President. All roads lead to Obama.
